The Essentials Team asks that all clients arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their service to fill out paperwork if needed. Please keep in mind, 10 minutes of your massage time includes, consultation and time for you to dress/undress.
If services are being booked for adolescents under the age of 18, a legal parent or guardian must be present to consent and sign a waiver in order for services to be provided. Massages will not be performed for adolescents under the age of 18. We additionally have a NO CHILDREN ALLOWED policy while parents are receiving services in their room and/or left in the lobby unattended.
Gift Card Policy
Please note that gift cards purchased from Essentials of Woodbridge are non-refundable. Each gift card will expire one year from the date of purchase.
It is important for cardholders to use the full value of their gift card within this period. Once expired, the card will no longer be valid, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
We recommend checking the expiration date on your gift card and encourage timely redemption. For the most accurate information regarding your balance, please call us directly.
Gift cards represent a purchase amount and not specific services. Prices may be subject to change due to inflation. If you would like to use your gift card for a specific service, an appointment must be made, and the pricing of the service will be honored at the time of the appointment, regardless of any price changes.

This exam includes clearance from our doctor and helps us tailor your treatment to your specific needs.
Please note that there is a one-time cost of $30 for this examination. It's important for your health and safety that you inform us of any changes in your medical history post examination. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
TO OUR VALUED ESSENTIAL CLIENTS, YOUR APPOINTMENTS ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO ALL MEMBERS OF OUR TEAM AT ESSENTIALS OF WOODBRIDGE.
The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All of our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need.
We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on your file at the time of booking. All cards on file are added to the system via a secured electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. For services booked, we will require a 50% Deposit that will be applied to your service. If canceled before the 24-Hours, the deposit will be refunded. In the event that, we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fee will be applied to your card. If the card is declined, future appointments will need to be prepaid in the event you do not show for your scheduled visit. We will charge 100% of your scheduled service if we are not given 24-hour notice. Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges and/or deposit refund.
You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. If provided less than a 24-hour cancellation notice you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
