Originally from Puerto Rico, Karyz and her daughter Zaskia have pursued the American Dream by starting a successful business in Woodbridge, VA. They are dedicated to providing a modern Essential Experience for their community and are excited to continue growing.

Karyzza is our Assistant Manager at Essentials. She ensures that the Front Desk staff is well-trained to provide the best possible experience for guests. She is currently studying Business at George Mason University. Karyzza is the youngest daughter of Karyz and the sister of Zaskia. She is inspired by her family and is dedicated to running the family business, alongside them, to provide an Essential Experience!

Dr. Richard Cook, a Howard University-educated physician, leads in healthcare and serves as the Team Physician for the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs, showcasing his dedication to medical excellence and community service.

Erica is a Licensed Master Esthetician with over 12 years of experience. She believes in the transformative power of self-care and is passionate about the impact skincare can have on people's lives. Erica takes a compassionate and holistic approach to her skincare practice, specializing in facial treatments to enhance clients’ confidence and well-being. In her free time, she enjoys good books, fine dining, and traveling with her family.

Vonnciel, is a dynamic Master Esthetician and Esthetician Instructor deeply immersed in the world of skincare. With a profound love for esthetics, Vonnciel has honed the art of seamlessly blending serene relaxation with skincare treatments that deliver visible results.Renowned for a passion that goes beyond conventional beauty practices, Vonnciel has established a reputation for crafting personalized experiences that cater to the unique needs of each client.

Somie, has over 22 years of experience as a Licensed Master Esthetician, her experience and exposure to various skin types, skin care modalities, and product knowledge is endless. Somie also carries a degree in Holistic Nutrition & Quantum Healing. Her knowledge in treating the client as a “whole” and aiding in finding the root cause of their symptoms, allows her to help clients improve their skin health from the inside out.

William has practiced Massage Therapy for nearly 7 years after graduating from American Massage and Bodywork Institute in Vienna, VA. He also holds a B.A in Graphic Design from Virginia Commonwealth University. He specializes in Relaxation, Deep Tissue, and Reiki Massages, with over 90 hours of hands-on Prenatal Massage experience. William strongly believes in the life-changing power of healing through touch.

Naomi has been practicing Massage Therapy for 7 years. She graduated from the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage. Naomi specializes in Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, Prenatal,  Cupping, and Reiki Massage with certifications from Klose Training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

Katrina has a strong interest in pain relief, health, beauty, and meditation. After 14 years in the dental field, she pursued further education in Massage Therapy at the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage, graduating in February 2022. Specializing in Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal Massage, she is dedicated to providing top-notch care to her clients and helping them manage their overall wellness.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Deanna is a skilled Massage Therapist with expertise in Swedish massage, Neuromuscular therapy, Trigger Point therapy, Myofascial Release techniques, and more. She holds a Masters of Arts in Human Services and an Associates of Occupational Studies in Massage Therapy, along with various certifications. Deanna customizes each session to fit the client’s specific needs and is also certified in Pre/Postnatal Massage, Infant Massage Instruction, and Massage Therapy Instruction.

Tiffany has been a Massage Therapist for 6 years and is passionate about helping clients feel their best. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, Prenatal massage, and Cupping. She provides customized massage experiences tailored to each client's specific needs, and feels blessed to perform this healing art.

Sheina graduated from Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage in May of 2022. With over 20 years of experience in nursing, she became a Licensed Massage Therapist to combine her passion for nursing with a variety of massage techniques, helping clients achieve optimal health. She strongly believes in the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of therapeutic massage for healing the body and calming the mind.

Angelica, also known as Gel, is a proud 2016 graduate of NVCC of Massage Therapy. She specializes in Swedish, Therapeutic, and Sports Massages, as well as Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi technique with certifications in deep tissue, prenatal, cupping, myofascial therapy, stretching, and hot stone. She looks forward to welcoming you to her massage table soon!

Pamela is a Licensed Massage Therapist certified by the Virginia Board of Nursing since 2018. She graduated from The American Massage and Body Institute in McLean VA in 2017 and specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Stretching, Hot Stone, and Aromatherapy. Proudly associated with The American Council of the Body Altering Aesthetics (ACBAA) and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), her certifications include Lymphatic Massage, Lypossage, and Cupping. With a dedication reflected in her motto, "She leaves them better than they came!" She brings a holistic approach to enhance your well-being.

Elizabeth is licensed massage therapist with 12 years experience, graduating from the Florida College of Natural health in Orlando, FL. With a genuine desire to help provide a healing touch, she has worked with chiropractors, medical spa’s, luxurious spas and corporate events. She has always been interested in how the body works and traditional healing practices. She enjoys working alongside a persons healing journey. Helping people ease muscular pain, and helping people reduce their stress is important to her. The following modalities are Elizabeth’s main area of focus: Swedish, deep tissue, pnf stretching, lymphatic drainage, pre and postnatal massages as well as Gua-sha therapy.
